The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. Smaller orders (1 to 5 smoker bags, Citrus Blasters and Oven Rack Guards) may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Most in-stock items are shipped the next day if orders (may take up to 2 business days) are received by 12pm PST and should arrive on your doorstep 5 to 7 business days after receipt of your order (shipping times are longer to Alaska and Hawaii).

If you use the Expedited shipping option, your products should arrive on your doorstep in 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your order by noon PST.

Expedited orders must be placed no later than 12pm PDT on Tuesday, May 7 in order to arrive in time for Mother's Day.

For expedited Father's Day orders, please order by 12pm PDT on Tuesday, June 10. See below for more details. You may call our office to discuss Saturday delivery or other expedited shipping options - 650-593-9301. To ensure that your Mother's Day orders arrive on time, please ship as follows:

• Orders placed by Wednesday, April 30 will arrive on time via Standard shipping.
• Expedited orders must be placed no later than 12pm PDT on Tuesday, May 6 in order to arrive in time for Mothers' Day.
• You may call our office to discuss Saturday delivery or other expedited shipping options - 650-593-9301.

To ensure that your Fathers' Day orders arrive on time, please ship as follows:

• Orders placed by Wednesday, June 4 will arrive on time via Standard shipping.
• Expedited orders must be placed no later than 12pm PDT on Wednesday, June 10 in order to arrive in time for Fathers' Day.
