Mouth Watering Recipes Smoked Pork Ribs with Stellar Steak Rub |

Serves 2 to 4 3 lbs boneless or bone-in country-style pork ribs
Preheat oven to 475 degrees or grill to high heat. Rinse ribs and pat dry. Sprinkle rub on ribs and press into meat. Place ribs inside smoker bag with space around each piece. Seal bag tightly and place on hot grill or preheated oven for 1.25 hours. Remove bag from grill or oven, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Cut open bag, place ribs on platter and pour on barbeque sauce to taste. Sauce may be warmed ahead of time if desired. Serve immediately. Tips:
