Smoked Pork Ribs with Stellar Steak Rub


  

Serves 2 to 4

3 lbs boneless or bone-in country-style pork ribs
4 to 6 tablespoons Big Acres Stellar Steak Rub  
1 SAVU Smoker Bag for Oven/Grill - Hickory  
1 bottle Big Acres Chipotle Maple BBQ Sauce  

Preheat oven to 475 degrees or grill to high heat. Rinse ribs and pat dry. Sprinkle rub on ribs and press into meat. Place ribs inside smoker bag with space around each piece. Seal bag tightly and place on hot grill or preheated oven for 1.25 hours. Remove bag from grill or oven, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Cut open bag, place ribs on platter and pour on barbeque sauce to taste. Sauce may be warmed ahead of time if desired. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • After smoking, cut open bag, roll back foil and place under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes to crisp ribs.
  • Substitute Big Acres Rich & Mild BBQ Sauce for a bold and sweet taste!
