Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Sprinkle Big Acres Perfect Poultry Rub over both sides of each pork chop and press to be sure rub sticks to meat. Place in a glass dish or storage bag, cover and refrigerate herb pork chops 2 hours to overnight. Before grilling, remove pork shops from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes. Heat grill to medium. Grill pork chops over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
