Smoked Chicken Breasts & Veggies 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Wash chicken, pat dry, place in middle of bag and brush lightly with barbeque sauce. Wash and dry veggies thoroughly and place in bag around chicken. Lightly salt & pepper veggies, close up bag and place on hot grill (500 degrees). Do not overpack bag. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Cut open bag and serve immediately with crusty French bread and butter. [ Back to Recipes ] |
