Hot & Spicy Shrimp
Serves 4-6

2 lbs large shrimp, shelled and de-veined
1 bottle Big Acres® Hot & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup light beer
1 Jalapeno pepper, deseeded and chopped (optional)

Wash shrimp, shell and de-vein, and place in large bowl. Mix barbecue sauce, beer, and jalapeno pepper and mix well. Add shrimp to marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Place shrimp in barbecue basket or skewers and grill until pink -- 5-6 minutes.

Variation:
For a milder shrimp, use Big Acres Rich & Mild Barbecue Sauce.

For Teriyaki shrimp, replace the barbecue sauce with Big Acres Teriyaki Marinade. Replace the beer with 1 clove chopped garlic and 1/2 cup red wine.
