Hot & Spicy Fish Tacos
Serves 4
Medium grill - direct heat source

2 lbs fresh and thick Halibut Steaks
1 bottle Big Acres Hot & Spicy Barbeque Sauce
1/4 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Shredded lettuce
Grated Monterey Jack cheese
Tomatoes, chopped
Salsa, fresh or your favorite store bought
Corn tortillas

In medium bowl, mix barbeque sauce, lime juice and cilantro. Place fish in large glass dish and pour 3/4 marinade over fish, turning to cover. Cover fish and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cover reserved marinade and refrigerate.

Prepare taco fillings and place on buffet. Remove fish from marinade, shake off excess marinade and grill on medium grill over direct heat source until done, about 5-7 minutes each side. Brush on reserved marinade during grilling. Place tortillas
wrapped in foil on edge of grill while fish is grilling.

Slice grilled fish into thin strips and place on warmed platter. Allow your guests to make their own tacos with warmed tortillas, fish, lettuce, tomatos, cheese, and salsa. Serve with black beans, Spanish rice & margaritas!
