Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Steaks 4 salmon steaks Place salmon steaks in glass dish. In medium bowl, mix Teriyaki Marinade, garlic, wine, and ginger. Pour 3/4 marinade over salmon steaks and turn to cover. Add olive oil to reserved marinade, cover and refrigerate. Marinate salmon in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Remove salmon from marinade and discard used marinade. Grill salmon on uncovered grill for about 5 minutes. Carefully turn and brush with reserved marinade. Grill for 5 minutes or until done.
