This Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe creates tender, sweet, spicy and absolutely delicious pulled pork sandwiches. Every time we make them, we run out and our friends ask for more! For mild pulled pork sandwiches, substitute the sauce with our Big Acres Rich & Mild BBQ Sauce. This recipe also works well with slider buns - yields about 16 sliders.

3 lbs pork loin, fat trimmed
2 tablespoons Big Acres Stellar Steak Rub  
2 bottles Big Acres Chipotle Maple BBQ Sauce  
8 soft, squishy buns or 16 slider buns
2 cups cole slaw

Rub the pork loin with the Steak Rub and brown on all sides. Place in preheated crockpot and cook for 5 to 7 hours, or until pork falls apart when pulled with a fork. Be sure to remove the juices during cooking. Once cooked, use two forks to gently pull the pork apart. Add the Big Acres Chipotle Maple BBQ Sauce and gently stir to mix thoroughly.

Place buns on plates and top with pulled pork. Spoon 1/4 cup coleslaw on top, cover with other side of bun and serve immediately.

Serve these sandwiches with your favorite potato salad and a fresh, green salad.
