San Carlos, CA, June 1, 2004 — Melanie's Fine Foods, a specialty foods company in Northern California, is pleased to announce their most recent addition to its Big Acres'Sauces line - Mango Peach Chile Sauce. This ready-to-pour sauce blends mango and peach chunks with Serrano chiles, onions, garlic, parsley, and red bell peppers to deliver a fruity, savory, and spicy addition to chicken, pork, fish, duck, rice, vegetables, and tofu.
