Pollo en Milagro Mole 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Wash chicken and pat dry. Lightly oil and salt and pepper as desired. Cook chicken on medium grill until just firm to the touch; cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Pour mole into large saucepan over medium heat. Shred chicken and add to sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
