peppers, will be in the Bay Area June 10-13 for cooking classes and the
signing of his new book, The Spicy Food Lover's Bible. Please join

flavors in 2 wonderful recipes. The demos are now posted on The Fresh
Market website and you can play them anytime! Learn how to make make Grilled
Pork Tenderloin Medallions in Mango Peach Chile Sauce and Teriyaki
Chicken Satay with Chipotle Peanut Sauce. Recipes, cooking
instructions, presentation and sampling are all a part of these videos.

June Recipe
Smoked Chicken Breasts & Veggies
Serves 4
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 bottle Big Acres Rich & Mild Barbeque Sauce
Broccoli florets
Cauliflower florets
Carrots, sliced
Zucchini, sliced
Sweet Potatoes, cut into chunks
1 SAVU Smoker Bag for Poultry
Wash chicken, pat dry, place in middle of bag and brush
lightly with barbeque sauce. Wash and dry veggies thoroughly and place
in bag around chicken. Lightly salt & pepper veggies, close up bag
and place on hot grill (500 degrees). Do not overpack bag. Cook for 20
minutes, remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Cut open
bag and serve immediately with crusty French bread and butter.
