Mango Peach Halibut with Brown Rice 4 Halibut steaks Saut?onions in butter, olive oil and salt and pepper. Just before onions are translucent, add rice and lightly brown. Add water; cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes (or per instructions on package) until done. Lightly oil, salt and pepper steaks and grill over medium heat until just firm to the touch. Warm Big Acres Mango Peach Chile Sauce in saucepan. Do not boil. When rice is done, add parsley and mix carefully. Place ?cup rice on warm plate; place steak on top or rice and top with 1/4 Mango Peach Chile Sauce. Serve immediately. Pollo en Milagro Mole 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Wash chicken and pat dry. Lightly oil and salt and pepper as desired. Cook chicken on medium grill until just firm to the touch; cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Pour mole into large saucepan over medium heat. Shred chicken and add to sauce.
