Will the Sun Ever Come Out?
We're ready for Spring -- are you? Is your grill buried under 3 feet of snow? Can't wait to grill so you can use Big Acres Sauces again? Well, we have news for you -- our sauces work all year 'round! Use them in the oven, on the stove, in your wok, bake, saute', fry, stir-fry -- pour sauce on the side to dip your meat and vegetables.

San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition Tasting - March 20
This year this event is being held at the SBC Park in San Francisco from 1 to 5pm. Purchase a ticket and come on in to taste this year's winning wines and lots of gourmet foods, including Big Acres Sauces! More info at www.winejudging.com.
Recipe of the Month
Chipotle Peanut Pasta with Chicken, Red Bell Peppers, & Green Onions
Serves 4
12 oz. penne pasta
4 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into small strips
1 red bell pepper, grilled and cut into small strips
2 bunches green onions, grilled and cut into small pieces
1 bottle Big Acres Chipotle Peanut Sauce, warmed in saucepan
Cook pasta, drain, and place in large bowl. Add warm chicken, bell pepper, and onions. Toss with warmed peanut sauce. Serve immediately with a tossed green salad.
