Big Acres Sauces at the
Summer International Fancy Food Show
From June 29 through July 2, Kent and Melanie exhibited our products
at this awesome food show. Twenty-three hundred specialty food vendors
and more than 24,000 attendees were there! Now we'll be shipping to
New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and Connecticut, and we're sure
we'll have more outlets coming soon as a result of our presence at the
show!
What's On Your Grill?
Country pork ribs, whole chickens, salmon, pork tenderloin? -- we want
to know what you like to cook outdoors and a bit about your methods.
Do you use a charcoal or gas grill? Do you cook in the direct or indirect
method? Tell us about your grilling experiences using Big Acres Sauces!
Send us a recipe and your story -- if we use it in this newsletter,
we'll send you a Big Acres Sauces temporary tattoo!
Write to us at info@bigacres.com -- remember to send us your mailing
address so we can send your tattoo!
4th of July Cookout
We hope you'll use our sauces this weekend! They are on sale at several
of our outlets. Check your local grocer.
Here are some ideas for your holiday cookout:
- Add Hot & Spicy Barbeque Sauce to your hamburgers or turkey burgers.
- Use Rich & Mild Barbeque Sauce instead of ketchup on your hot dogs,
burgers, chicken sandwiches -- use it anyplace ketchup normally goes!
- Marinate your chicken breasts in Teriyaki Marinade and grill.
- Mix together 4 parts Hot & Spicy Barbeque Sauce and 1 part horseradish
to create a delicious shrimp cocktail sauce. (Add more horseradish if
you like it spicier!)
Have a wonderful 4th of July weekend! See you next month!
Best regards,
Melanie's Fine Foods
